To recruit an apprentice

Last update: 07-10-2007

You are looking to acquire new skills to prepare for the future and you think that expanding your recruitment-base is a method of enriching your company.

You can contribute to this civic fight for equal opportunities by recruiting apprentices from Montpellier ESC, the only Business School in France to propose full admission to its bac+5 degree course (a degree obtained after 5 years higher education) via apprenticeship.

The advantages for the company:

Top quality profiles for your future recruitments:

  • In 3 years you prepare a talented young non-specialist with high potential, whom you will assign to a position as a junior executive,
  • You train a future executive in your methods and your company culture
  • Through a national exam, we select for you young motivated people who have already acquired an initial professional experience. They all have bac+2 (2 years higher education) experience through an apprenticeship
  • Montpellier ESC’s Master’s degree - a Bac+5 degree (a degree obtained after 5 years higher education) - is your guarantee of an excellent education for your future employees.

Financial advantages:

  • Exemption from salary and employers’ contributions, except for the following contributions: the National Housing Aid Fund (“Fonds national à l’aide au logement”: FNAL), the transport tax, the additional occupational accident contributions and the additional supplementary retirement and unemployment insurance contributions
  • Lump-sum support for the training costs, paid at the end of each year’s training by the Regional Council that the company comes under, and for a minimum amount of 1000€ per year and per apprentice, subject to the student’s regular attendance at the courses given by the School
  • Tax credit in favour of apprenticeship amounting to 1600 euros per apprentice.
